Meet the Founder
Dr. Amanda Carney provides occupational therapy, craniosacral therapy, and integrative bodywork services for infants, children, and adults throughout the East Bay and Peninsula in the Bay Area, California. With more than 25 years of experience in health and rehabilitation, her work focuses on supporting regulation, function, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Her approach is grounded in the understanding that when a person is supported—within their nervous system, their environment, and their relationships—the entire system can shift toward greater balance. When foundational needs are met and the body is able to regulate more effectively, people often experience greater ease in movement, learning, connection, and everyday participation.

Amanda’s work weaves together an evidence-based foundation in Occupational Therapy with advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, Assistive Technology, bodywork for sensory integration and infants, and related specialties. Through a relationship-centered approach, she tailors the care she provides to the unique needs of each individual and family she serves.
